Reflexology & Indian Head Massage in Caversham, Reading
My name is Nicky Marshall MAR and I am a fully qualified reflexologist and member of the Association of Reflexologists, the largest reflexology organisation in the UK. I am bound by their strict codes of practice and ethics. I am also fully insured.
Since qualifying as a Reflexologist I have undertaken the following training in order to keep my skills up to date and learn new ones:
- Basic Vertical Reflex Therapy - this involves the top of the feet being treated whilst the client is standing. Due to weight-bearing position this technique allows deeper reflexes to be accessed and has been very successful in the treatment of many health problems)
- Cancer and Complementary Therapies
- First Aid course with the British Red Cross.

I chose to work as a complementary therapist as I have always wanted to do something that would help people. I have a caring approach, am down to earth and friendly. Anything that you choose to reveal to me during a session will remain totally confidential.
I currently work part time at a local hospice providing Reflexology and Indian Head massage treatments to patients with cancer and other life-limiting illnesses such as multiple sclerosis, motor neurone disease and supranuclear palsy. I fimrly believe is the part that complementary therapies can play alongside conventional medicine i helping these patients have a better quality of life.
I also work in a care home for learning disabled adults.
Treatments can either be held in a dedicated treatment room in my home in Caversham, Reading, where you can lie back and relax and enjoy the session. Alternatively I offer mobile treatments where I visit you in your own home. Areas covered include: Caversham (incl. Lower Caversham & Caversham Heights), Emmer Green, Earley & Lower Earley, Pangbourne, Purley-on-Thames, Sonning & Sonning Common, Theale, Tilehurst and Woodley.
